Northland Mall is anchored by Walmart & Best Buy and offers shoppers a diverse group of mostly local retailers and services for variety. The Calgary International airport is a 15-25 minute drive away and Calgary's Light rail transit system runs to all quadrants of the city from the NW Crowchild corridor including Downtown Calgary. There are train stations conveniently located at Brentwood/Varsity Acres, Dalhousie, Scenic Acres/Arbour Lake and Tuscany/Rocky Ridge/Royal Oak. Stoney Trail is the major ring road around Calgary and will soon make all quadrants of the city easily available to NW residents.
NW Calgary offers a little slower pace of life than most other quadrants of the city and residents seem to think that’s just fine.
