Calgary's Northwest quadrant of the city has been divided into two unique Calgary MLS housing zones. The North Calgary housing Zone which includes the communities of Nolan Hill, Sherwood, Hidden Valley and all communities north and east of these to Deerfoot Trail. The North Calgary Housing Zone is conveniently located closer to the Calgary International Airport, Deerfoot Trail and Stoney Trail making quick access to area amenities. A couple of popular new communities in this zone are Sage Hill and Nolan Hill. Both have a wide variety of homes to choose from to suit most budgets and tastes. Established communities like Macewan Glen back onto Calgary's massive Nose Hill Park, while others like Thornecliffe and Huntinghills were built in the 60's and 70's and are closer in and enjoy easy access to Downtown.
